Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I made a donation to Sierra Club on January 7th, 2021 of $15. I created an account at Sierra Club that same day. The account shows as active; I received my gift from Sierra Club for the donation. However. the donation does not show up in my account.
I called Sierra Club and the person promised to merge the account with the donation that was made. That promise was made on January 19th, it is January 28th and the donation still does not show up in the account. I made the donation from MyPoints so I don't get credit because the donation does not show up.
Can this be fixed?
Any suggestions?

Points will NOT appear as Pending. Please allow up to 90 days after donating to Sierra Club for Points to be credited to your account. You must use the same email address associated with your MyPoints.com account to earn Points. Only valid donations will be credited.
If you didn't use your Mypoints address for the donation it is likely no amount of merging is going to get you the points credited. But regardless of that you only did this about 3 weeks ago, you need to allow them up to 90 days.
