Be VERY careful with these guys.  They’re disreputable and will take your money as quickly as you blink your eyes.  They’re “used car salesmen” looking to close a quick deal, and that’s all they are.  What you’ll get back in return for your money will be a piece of garbage and tons of rhetoric & excuses from their staff.

I bought a $4,000 dollar dining table from them.  I should’ve donated that money to charity for the tax deduction.  I could have had this table made at a local wood shop by Mexicans for less than $1,000 for the quality of product I received.  And, it would’ve been a far better product.  This table’s a piece of junk!!  Let me describe the work quality; (1) The wood table top which was supposed to be a fine Mahogany finish has gouges in it bad enough that you’d receive splinters in your hands and forearms rubbing against it.  You’d definitely tear a shirt sleeve sitting at the table. 

The twin bases according to the advertised photos on their website show a refined bronze finish.  The two metal bases I received were silver colored, not bronze, and had 2” diameter dimples in them as if someone had pounded them with a rubber mallet.  The surface is completely dented up.  There’s tons of glue residue around both bases on all four sides as if someone went berserk with a glue spray gun.  The bottom edge of both the square bases which are elevated 3/8” above the floor have a jagged metal edge on it sharp enough to cut a child’s finger completely off.  I mean razor sharp!  I would describe the overall quality of this product on a scale of 1 to 10 as a 1.

I have called and written Sierra and they just blow me off.  After all, they have my money now.  I’m posting photos on Yelp so those who are interested can see it for themselves.  We have movie footage of them unpacking the table and identifying all the damage from building the table.  The delivery & installation guys were laughing at the quality of this piece of junk.

First lie; Sierra told me it would be manufactured in Fremont California.  Reality is it’s made in India.  No quality control.  Labor rates are through the floor.  Better quality in Mexico.  Second lie; your table will be here in 8 to 10 weeks.  It took 5 months to get to me!!!  Third lie; Your table will look just like the photo.  Go to Yelp and be the judge yourself.  If I put this table in front of my house, the Mexicans wouldn’t take it.  Fourth lie; we stand behind our product.  Really?? I’ve called everyone there’s a number for at Sierra and have written the President, a guy by the name of Raj Nathawat.  No reply!!!  You guys are a sham and the State of California should shut you down for fraud!!  Buyer beware!!
