At first we had no trouble with Sierra Spring. We bought a house and moved the cooler ourselves to recieve 2 bottles of water free. That was 6 months ago, we fill our own water at a Water and Ice store. We called to cancel the service, they were kind about it that was two weeks ago. The equipment is still sitting out front.
