I contracted this company to install shutters on my home in Miami, FL with an agreement to pay 90% upon installation, and remaining 10% upon the succesfful city inspection to verify the shutters are built to standard. The shutters are installed, and not only did the company never submit the proper paperwork to notify the city that the shutters had been installed, but the inspection failed due to improper installation. The city gave me a final notice to have the company repair the shutters, or I will be violating city standards and policies. I tried contacting Siglas Shutters, and they bounced me around indefinitely, including making various appointments to come fix the improperly installed shutters, and never showed. I called, no answer. I showed up at the address given for the company, they are no longer there. I only have two a couple of months to fix this problem, and this fake company is nowhere to be found. Please HELP!
