They offer a cell phone tracking software for the blackberry Z30 phone, called sigmaspy enterprise for blackberry, i wanted to monitor my son´s phone so i bought it , downloaded it, but could not install it.
First they give you a known program that let you install their software, called BarInstall, you need this software in order to install the .bar software for bb 10 OS as the z30 device use.
I had no problem with that and i could install any .bar software i found in the internet.
But when i tried to install their softwares : GpsMonitor.bar , MeMon.bar , CallRecord.bar , SMSeverywhere.bar , etc , the result was always the same : a "NOT A BAR FILE" message in the phone.
I tried to get technical assintance by sending lots of emails to their "support email" support@sigmaspy.com but i got no answer, then i asked for refund to refunds@sigmaspy.com and got no answer.
Well, thats all, i am writing this in order to prevent people to being scammed as I have been.
