On March 4th 2009, I purchased 50 leads from http://www.signupfuel.com. I received the following receipt via e-mail from USA MLM Leads.

I only received 18 of these 50 leads. When I contacted Sign Up Fuel through their website, they said that the 50 leads were sent, but because my website is hosted, a lot of times the names will get scrubbed out by the admin of these sites. When I asked for a copy of the remaining 50 leads, they said they would get back with me and see what they could find. They never called back and when I tried contacting them, they would not reply.
These were suppose to be actual people that signed up on my website, but I believe they were just old leads added by Sign Up Fuel.
I don't want the remaining 32 leads sent by Sign Up Fuel, because I don't believe they would be true sign ups but I would like a full refund of the $24.95
