SIgn Warehouse Initially sold wrong software, then "upgraded", took money but delivered software that doesn't work. Denison, TX Internet

Sign Warehouse took my money TWICE for software that does not and has NEVER functioned. 

I have LXi Master v6.6 and ordered (and paid for) an upgrade. I received LXi Apprentice 10.5 as an upgrade.  I needed the Master program for my business.  I upgraded to Master (paid agin, even more...) and was told to download from their link.

I spent nearly a week with tech support and it would not function. They used every exvuse, I even added memory to make it work. I used my old dongle, which was supposed to work, but the program would never function. I continued to use the old program, even though it is faulty, but I do have workarounds.  It was always faulty.

I tried again recently and was assured that Sign Warehouse would make this right.  After about a week, the technician claimed that I needed a NEW DONGLE and since I refuse to pay MORE MONEY (third shakedown), for the software I've paid for twice already, then there was nothing he could do...

I wasted significant time and several hundred dollars playing games with Sign Warehouse. They are very unethical.
