We ordered a sign from Sign Wizard who professes to be a Christian on all of his advertising. We ordered this sign in June 2016 and we we told it would take 6 weeks. That is when the lies first started. It took him 6 months to finally get us our sign. Every few weeks we would call the owner Bruce and he would not take our call but his gal would say " it's in engineering." A few times we were told it was in permitting with the town, this of course was just more lies. They did not pull a permit until after the sign was made and delivered to the sight just days before installation. When the sign came it was not as ordered or agreed to. Bruce said don't worry after we install it we will change it to read properly, just one more lie. We had agreed the sign was to be 8 ft tall leaving one foot on the bottom for a planter which in the end he refused to do. We were screwed all the way around on this sign. I must say I have NEVER been told so many lies by any one person or company in my whole life. Please do NOT do business with this company they are completly incapable of telling the truth. We got screwed, don't be his next victim !!!!

Anyone wanting to see the original work order dated in June 2016 as is stated is welcome to see it. This bad businessman went behind our backs when he did not do as agreed and had the landlord get involved , now he blames it on him. You notice he did not address all of his lies as there is NO excuse for lying and cheating people. The truth is he is a real bad business man who has not done as agreed and to get out of it he went behind our backs to the landlord who he now blames for all of his screw ups. Stay as far away from this self confessed Christian as you can get ! The sign is NOT what we ordered and NOT what we agreed on, now he refuses to fix it but wants to get paid the balance?

They Said,
The sign was ordered in June 2016.
The Truth,
The sign is not ordered until the deposit is received and clears the bank. The deposit was received on August 29, 2016.
They Said,
That we said that they would have the sign in 6 weeks, and it took 6 months.
The Truth,
We said 6-8 weeks, which is standard for a monument sign. From the time we received the deposit it took 3 months to deliver the sign. It was delivered to their business the week of November 20th.
They Said,
That their sign panel was supposed to be at the top.
The Truth,
John Kiley, the property owner, said to put their sign panel at the bottom. This was not our decision.
They Said,
We had agreed the sign would be 8' tall.
The Truth,
The original agreed upon heigh twas 6' tall. I told them I would make the sign 7' tall at no additonal charge. This was good with them at the time. Not until the sign was already built, did they say they wanted an 8' sign. We told the property owner what they wanted, and he said under no circumstances would the sign be 8' tall. Also, not our decision.
Yes, we were the contractors but we did not pull the permit for it. T-Group of Leesburg, Fl who built the sign also pulled the permit. The permit was help up becaued of insurance forms that the town required from T-Group who was in the process of changing insurance companies. Yes, they did wait a month longer to get their sign because of circumstances beyong our control. They are mad at us, becuase John Kiley, the owner of the property where they are leasing space, would not give them their own way.
