Purchased a Dallas Cowboys Helmet supposedly signed by Dak Prescott 12/22/16, with a COA and Holigram. It arrived 12/29/16 without a COA. I contacted Signature Dog on 12/29/16 and they assured they would get the COA to me. Contacted them again in February and again last week. Finally advised I was leaving negative feedback and contacting Amazon. Amazon was fast to give a refund. Then I got an email from Signature Dog Autographs and they said they didn't appreciate the threats and that it took time. I advised that it wasn't a threat just my course of action and said I had already recieved a refund. Then i started getting nasty emails that they would contest it and I would be charged. Fact is the Football Helmet signed by Dak is probably worthless and my 16 year old daughter is so upset. I went to see what other negative feedback they had on Amazon and they didn't have any. No negative feedback at all... not even the feedback I had left a few days before. It was somehow deleted when Signature Dog deleted the transaction. I contacted Amazon and they are supposed to be investigating because of the abusive emails as well as the delete feedback.

Signature dog is completely unprofessional

I bought a adrian peterson signed helmet a few years back.the whole process was horrible after purchase. A few days after buying the item, I noticed on amazon the same item went on sale for a hundred dollars cheaper. I contacted signature dog that if I didnt get a refund for the difference, I would just simply return the item for a full refund. I was contacted back that they would honor my situation. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing back. I contacted them again and they said that the reason they dropped the price on amazon is because there was a "scratch" on that one on Amazon. Which, if your selling damaged goods then it should say so in the description. But it didnt. I then told them that I will be returning the helmet, because my overall trust in signature dog was lost. They then said they will be giving me a 50 dollar refund. Which I agreed to. I proceeded to give a negative review on amazon. And thats when signature dog turn nasty, and started giving me horrible emails, saying "I can't believe there's people like you in the world". Unfortunately, I was unable to return the helmet because I was overseas, and the helmet was at my mom's house. I still have the emails.

I would love to compare my emails from Amazon to yours. Amazon did the right thing. You seem to be continuing your deceptive practices.
Or how about the star himself saying you are selling a fake.
FAKE!

Another lie is we deleted feedback you claim to try to leave on Amazon. Amazon removed it because they found out your lies and scam to get a refund and keep the item. No seller on Amazon can delete a feedback or review.

This is outrageous someone would even write this. We are a seller prime item and no one got ripped off. As they even claimed Amazon refunded their money and the seller scammed the system and kept the item. It has nothing to do with the signature or item itself she's talking about a certificate card that accompanies it. Again they defrauded us Amazon and got a refund and kept the item!!!
