WOW! I called the representative at signazon.com because the sign I designed and ordered was NOT what I received in the mail. The design that I uploaded looked NOTHING like the design I received in the mail. When I called to let them know I was not happy, the rep told me it was my error because I chose the wrong type of design method (lettering instead of decal) on the website.
I didn't even want a refund, I just want them to redesign my request. Obviously when they received the design I uploaded they could see that the type of design I ordered was not the correct one. Couldn't they call me and let me know this instead of just printing whatever and not satisfying the customer? Lesson learned I guess. If you are going to order any signs, I would go with (((competitor's name redacted))). I ordered a great front door vinyl sign with a kit to install it as well.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
