Signpost, Inc. Accepted or took $800 for services which yielded me no new business NY New York New York

I filed a complaint 2 months ago on BBB, which Signpost said they had read, but they refused to do what I asked for, and weren't even willing to talk with me about it.

Instead they kept saying your contract is up on June 16.

I have paid them in full for the 6 month program I "signed up" for.  I'm scheduled to be done with their program June 16.

I think for certain customers, Signpost, Inc. is a dangerous company who will take money out of your banking account, even when you place a block or change your debit card number.  This is what they did after I had told them I am not paying you again.  I was told by Signpost that Visa had given them my new debit card number.  Is that even possible??

I made a huge mistake by being sold on their goods.  Never was appropriate for my needs.  They just keep lying and telling you you need their services.  It's that first sign up contract that frees them to take money, and take it.  They will not acknowledge if you want to quit.

Moneywise, what did my $800 payment buy me?  Frustration with workers who change every 6 weeks.  Leads they call them, even if it is someone you already have as a client, and for them I was stupid enough to offer the additional 10% off that SP advertising said I would give.  So on 2 different clients, I lost money.  Coaching?   Very very little.  Apparently it isn't enough to pay them but you have to vigorously use their tools.  Which I did as I sent out 6 campaigns in 6 months which got me "noticed" a little bit, but except for one call (she would have called my anyway as I'd worked for her before).  The phone number they post for me has no evidence of working for me.  The campaigns yeilded absolutely no benefits.

I would like to at least be reimbursed for the last 2 $99 payments I made to Signpost.  I don't care that I had a 6 month contract, Signpost never brought any profit of any kind to me.  It might be good to note that I am also on Social Security Disability.  So like anyone my money is very important to me.
