I signed up with this company on April 2016. When I signed up they have promised that there will be an increase on my sales and traffic at my gym. It has been a year now and there are no changes and has not helped my business. When I signed up, they said that I can cancel anytime I want. I called the customer service and I said I need to cancel. Then this guy said he needs to transfer me to finance department and the other guy said that I signed up for 1 year. I told them that I will never sign up for 1 year paying $300 a month for services that is not even guaranteed. First they don't want to cancel my account unless I pay the amount for the next 3 months and that will cost another $1200. Can you please help? Thank you!
