silentpoetry.eu I paid for a product they did not send me. They swindle me. Internet

I bought a phone case in the webpage silentpoetry.eu two months ago. I waited a month for my "order" to come, and when I open my box it was all broken and the case was a different one from the one I bought.

I understand this can happen but when I complaint and asked for my real order or returning me my money they did not pay attention to me. The "service" which is attending me has 5 emails that sends me all the time inventing excuses for not giving me my order. It has been so miserable trying to talk with someone who sends me the same excuses by email all the time.

The police department in my country knows about this. The business confirmed me it has been a mistake in their company, but they do not send me my order nor my money.

I have all the evidences (my payment, pictures of my real order and pictures of the one they sent me). I want to inform against them so that they give me what is mine and so that no one ever suffers the same fraud.
