On 6/05/2009 @ 7:00pm I purchased a vacuum tube radio schematic from magnetricity.com. I used a credit card to pay for the purchase.
On 6/05/2009 @ 7:00pm I received an EMAIL from silkworx.com confirming the order and information telling me the order would be filled within 24hrs of payment received. The schematic is to be delivered via EMAIL. The EMAIL also contained instructions of how to proceed should product delivery fail.
On 6/05/2009 @ 7:00pm I received an EMAIL from paypal.com informing me that silkworx.com had received payment.
Having waited a full day for the schematic to be delivered, I began the attempt to contact silkworx.com as instructed. Today is 6/10/2009 and all attempts to make contact with silkworx.com have failed. The website is unreachable.
On 6/08/2009 I began to investigate how to proceed and found this bit of information:

someone identifying themself as Rex Hebert and the owner of silkworx.com. Still there is room for doubt. I then researched Rex Hebert and found them connected to magnetricity.com, the website I ordered the schematic from.
On or about 6/08/2009, I made an attempt through magnetricity.com to contact Rex Hebert. As of this writing all efforts have been in vain.
There is ample opportunity on magnetricity.com to make website donations via paypal, and I believe I was dupped into making a donation.
