A family friend resides at Lincoln Pointe Lofts in Englewood, Colorado. The property is owned and managed by Silva-Markham, headed by Vivian Markham.
Ms. Markham promised to clean the common area urine smells, feces, etc, by Monday of this week. But instead, brushed us off, which has lead to a HUD investigation.
