Bought the scooter at the local kmart. After less than a month scooter blew fuse. I replaced fuse to find that I only had low speed. In troubleshooting found one bad wire. I replace wire and now have found the foward battery is also bad. (opens under load) tried calling service number 1-800-294-9087 but get busy signal, or get message saying that I am calling out of normal work hours or all operators are busy.
Also talked to several other operators of this scooter and they report same.
