This Xmas present for my son is bust. After just 15 min. of use on Xmas day, the scooter would not go with throttle acceleration.
The only movement achieved is when only slight pressure is applied to the accelerator, and only then is there about a 1/2 mph of speed.
On further pressure on the accelerator, the motor cuts out.
After numerous attempts to contact the manufacturer, there is never any contact with the manufacturer.
The voice mail box is always full, or the call is made "after the close of business".
These people need to ber held responsable for selling inferior products and ruining my sons Xmas!
