This is who you must contact in order to stop this scam and hopefully see justice done. A simple report on this site will not result in a conviction.

File a report/complaint. Give all pertintent info. Remember there is no case without reports and/or evidence to substantiate. This dept. was concerned and very polite to me.

Please be respectful. Law enforcement officials are more likely to effectively assist rational citizens with info in hand. We need their assistance.

Alert bank executive of probable fraud of an account holder at their bank. My check was deposited at this bank. Bank has name to share with local law enforcement. Please contact this bank even if you paid with cash. More reports make for a solid case. Bank has an obligation to cooperate.

These magazines were supposed to be sent by mail. Although they were not, there is reasonable cause to suspect money was transferred using mail system due to number of different states involved.

Hopefully I have made this reporting easy for each person (victim) scammed by this theft ring. I have done this to encourage each of you to follow through so justice may be served.

Let's be good citizens. It is our duty to take the time in order to wipe Silver Hills Circulation out of the con business. The people are guilty of theft and fraud by deception. The probable use of the US postal system to carry out such means is illegal and considered a federal offense.
