My girlfriend bought a Bulcigs e-cigarette from Silver Lake Smoke Shop in Siver Lake (Everett) Wa. and only seconds after the purchase and after she realized that the product was defective & did not work, she asked for an exchange of an equal product that acually works. This swindling liar that owns and runs this store told her "NO" and that all sales are final. I returned with my girlfriend demanding an exchange OR our money back. This thieving, little weasel refused to comply or to realize that we just gave him our money for a product that is unusable!

Since then, we have researched and found out that this cheating, lying charlatan at Silver Lake Smoke Shop buys & sells old stock and then brags about his prices, though it all substandard products that are stale, defective, etc and past their shelf life.

I dedicate my time to getting even with crooks like this and WILL make this individual pay dearly for not doing things MY WAY when it is blatantly obvious that he has stolen from me.

Witness:

Judging by the broken English, I can tell this *"false response"* is made by the owner of Silver Lake Smoke Shop. For your information the faulty Blu cig in question cost more than $5! Lol! It doesn't matter what the cost was. It's a faulty product that was just purchased only minutes before it was returned. It did not work right out of the package and you failed to replace it or give money back.

It is common knowledge that you buy and sell old, stale products. The word is out. You made your bed, now go wallow in it, you lying, dishonest cheat!!

You are not going to fool anyone with a brain. The customer in this video had every right to be upset. You ripped them off! You were not nice and did not handle yourself well at all. If you had been actually "nice" rather than "seemed nice and courteous" then you would have not argued, and would have put your thieving, little hands in your register and given this customer her money back!

Actual Customer:

I am the customer that bought the e-cig and what is not on the video is how he treated me, a women, as I politely informed him that the product I just bought from him was defective it didn't work at all and just wanted him to replace it. He accused me of lying and trying to cheat him, if you would of seen the way he treated me a women versus the way he cowered when my boyfriend confronted him you would not think so kindly of him. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if you are either a male or a relative or the jerk himself. There is no excuse for his treatment of me. none what so ever!!!!

Witness:

I promised that I would destroy your business and I mean what I say. You should have humbled yourself and given this customer a refund. Now because of you arrogance & defiance, you are going to have a problem that is not going to go away. A boycott of your business has been launched as promised and once this procedure is started, it cannot be undone until the customer has been satisfied. Being this was quite some time ago, you currently owe interest on our refund. if you do not pay sooner than later, you will have racked up quite a bill. This is only the very beginning. You'd best pay up.

I have been going there for almost a year and guarantee that they take care of their customers. i cant imagine people try to take advantage for $5 ecig. CHEAP CHEAP find something else to do.

shopkeeper seems nice and curteous while you was yelling. no business would want a customer like you.
