SILVER LEAF RESORT rip-off! DALLAS Texas

I am the most unhappy person when it has to do with this Company since the beginning the sales persons told me that i was going to be able to get a weekend in one of the rooms in Illinois any time of the year cause the resort was dead most of the time except for the holidays because that is when everyone wanted to be there, and all i had to do was call ahead of time, and request those holiday dates, and make sure they were open so that I can get a room then I was told later that day that my payments were going to be real low, and that i didn't have to worry about it that i was going to be able to make them so when we got to the table they showed me an amount that was a lot higher than the one im paying now

so i told them i would never be able to get that kind of payment so the manger or supervisor went off, and then came back with a better deal, and it was at the price i have now, but first we wanted to know if it was going to come out on our credit report, and they said yes it was, and that it would be added to our credit reports as a mortgage so that is what made the sale final we needed something like this on our credit to get our house later on so that the banks can see that we are good for the payments, but the payments never showed on my credit report.

I was told later on that it will never show on there because Silver Leaf doesn't do that I was also told that the monthly maintenance fee would also get taken care of because they had a very good track record in getting people in there, and buying there programs so I wouldn't have to worry about that if I was going to give them referrals so i filled out a whole sheet of names, and numbers, and not one month has been discounted from my monthly fees so I take it they had no luck with any of those names.

These people dont even know the problems that they have caused with in my family the problems first started when we went with our family and friends to go to the resort we thought we had a day reserved and when we called the day of the family outing on our way there we found out that we didnt have anything resverved and when we called to complain they told us the there was no way they told us we were reserved cause they had to call me back to tell me if it was set in stone and the lady on the phone phone was treating me like if i was stupid like im supposed to know there policys so i told her that i was new to the company and she still was giving me attitude the only thing this place has given me is grief and i want my money back.
