this company represents that they will screen you and/or your company for government grant eligibility.  my very first question to them was when was their fee to be paid.  very specifically, they assured me in the first conversation, that no fees were due until a grant had been acquired.  after several hours of conversation, and providing substantial personal and company information, i was told that 1/2 of the fee had to be paid before they would disclose the government grants for which i qualified.  when questioned further, or tried to clarify the fee issue, the response was "ok, then, have a nice day"  they wasted approximately 5 hours of my valuable company time, and represented they were doing a great, government back service
