Thank you Ashley! Silver State contacted me yesterday. The "Grant Eliglbility Specialist" Tamiesha Roblez was way too enthusiastic about assuring me I would "definitely" quailify for a grant. She just had to check with her boss. She actually said to me "it is not that the goverment or these companies like you, it is they must give away money by law". " The third quarter is perfect timing because they must give away their money by the end of this year".
I checked their business license and it was issued only five days ago on 08/06/2009, probably due to a blog on Yedda.
Tamiesha faxed me a Grant Information Package complete with typing errors. Their up-front costs differ. They wanted me to send them $2500.00 with the remainding $5000.00 to be deducted from my first check.
Also they apparently have several diffrent addresses: 2300 W. Sahara Blvd (which is actually Sahara Ave), 3100 W. Sahara ect.
This guy Joe Roach has been involved in Auto scams according to previous Rip Off Reports.

The paperwork I sent to you, mam was simply general information about business grants.
