 Many illegal activities, including settiong up a phony bill pay account and removing several months $50.00 payments,

closed my account, on a technicality, could not accdest funds for 5 months, charged for bad checks when money was actually in the account from government direct deposit, when I closed account they got pissed and charged me $164. and I don't know what for, other than their report to credit bureau before they contacted me.

Rather than wait for 6 months on an alleged debt before charging it off, by law--they charged it off, waited until April 2013 then sent me a threatening letter that they would have me arrested according to Nevada law for writing "bad checks" The truth is this rip; off company is broke because of gambling debts incurred by former employees, and they went from 21 branches to four branches. 

Most opf the membership does not know what is going on, but typically Las vegas style, they take advantage of the elderly, the poor and those who can least afford it. Now my credit is ruined, can't even get a lousy department store card. The credit bureau goes along with these scams and refuses to remove it EVEN THOUGH THERY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO REPORT IT UNTIL THE DEBT IS VALIDATED it has been neither. I lost my chance for a VA loan because of this egregious style of collecting phony degbt.  I have paid off enough PHONY debts to try and get credit and it never works. My sccore would be over 750 if these sleaze artists weren't trying to rip me off.
