Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I used this company for a very short local move and they managed to damage/soil almost every piece of furniture I own. Many pieces are damaged beyond repair. The website claims they have experienced, professional movers...............I got 3 college students who didn't care about my belongings and only cared about getting a paycheck. When I contacted the owner, he acted like they didn't do anything wrong, didn't take any responsibility and never even apologized. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

It's not about ex employees or competitors, it's about customer service and knowing how to run a successful business. You should be ashamed about how you treat your customers and their belongings. Step up and take responsibility for your actions. Silverback will never succeed if you continue to practice that way.

Review sites that allow ghost or anonymous reviews give those who believe they are your competitors as well as disgruntled terminated employees a forum to leave false and misleading information regarding legitimate businesses such as Silverback Moving & Storage. If you would like to read "real reviews" by real customers who have supplied their contact information and have been verified by the host site - I invite you to look to forums such as the Birminghampatch.com or google reviews. Sites such as these tend to me truthfull and from "real" customers. We are very proud of our fine reputation and are always happy to address any concern, should one arise, from a "real customer".
