Silverback Moving FALSE LOCATION, LIARS, FRAUD, THIEVES, BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN Birmingham Michigan

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!! THEY TELL YOU A low hourly rate to manipulate you into using them, but they never mention the tons of hidden fees. you never get your actual bill until your items are on their truck and you can't get them back until you pay them the requested amount. Require final payment in cash is what they told me but on the phone they told me I could pay in cash or with credit but with cash there is an additional discount.  Liars and Manipulators. 

 The quote the Silverback Moving sales rep gave me over the phone was no where near accurate I was given an estimate $415 - $600. She told me that the would hourly rate was $69.00/hour. After they arrived to my home I was notified of a $200 service fee that was never metioned and apparently was not apart of my estimate. I was told there would be no additional fees other than the $69 hourly rate.  Desperate to move I just said ok.

My bill total came to $1120!!! How?? I MOVED FROM FERNDALE TO DETROIT. It took about 8 hours to load and unload. I calculate that to be $552 plus the unmentioned $200 service fee is $752 either way no matter how you calculate it theres no way to get $1120 even with Tax. I called the Manager Cameron he says I have to pay for time to the truck yard, from the truck yard the service fee and glass fee. So i'm supposed to believe those fees bought me to $1120??? HELL NO. THEN CAMERON TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY IT WAS NOT OPTIONAL AND IT HAD TO BE CASH. I TOLD HIM THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD JUST LOSE THE DISCOUNT IF I USED MY CARD HE TOLD ME THAT MY MOVE TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED AND ONCE A MOVE PASSES $900 THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. SOMETHING ELSE NEVER MENTIONED ON THE PHONE.

I asked for my bill to be explained to me and Cameron hung up in my face and the movers told me that explaining the bill wasn't their job. I decided to drive out to Birmingham the next day determined to get an explaination of my bill because my phone calls were not being answered. TO MY SURPRISE DRIVING OUT TO N ETON ST THERE IS NO SILVERBACK MOVING THERE APPARENTLY THERE HASN'T BEEN ONE THERE IN YEARS. SO THEY ARE DISHONEST ABOUT THEIR LOCATION BUT I SEE WHY CONSIDERING THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AND LIE ABOUT THEIR RATES AND HIDDEN FEES. THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED FOR GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATTION BUT TAKING MY MONEY.....
