SilverKing International Blue Max 2000 Vacuum I just got scammed buying this Blue Max 2000. Company is now out of business. Spent $1,500 on a vacuum that now has no replacement parts. Colorado Springs Colorado

I purchased this vacuum roughly about 5 years ago here in Castle Rock, Co.  The sales person came out to our hous and gave us a demonstation on the vacuum.  We actaully liked the way it cleaned, but most important, we purchased the Blue Max 2000 vacuum because it had a lifetime warranty on the engine.  So we figured it would be a good investment.  They origionally were asking $3,000 for the vacuum, but we were able to get one for $1,500.  As of last week, the vacuum stopped working.  I have tried to call the company which was located in Colorado Springs, Colorado only to get a recording.  I was unable to talk to anyone there.

As I called around to different vacuum reapir facilities in the area, I was told that the company is now out of business, and to add to this, they stated that there were no replacement parts for the vacuum now also.  I am extremely upset now because again I spent $1,500 on this vacuum based off the Lifetime warranty that I still have copies of. Something needs to done about this and I want my Money back because they are very fraudulant. 

I would like to see what my options are to maybe file a class action lawsuit againt this company.  I am positive there are many angry people out there that purchased this vacuum.
