Well just when you thought you knew all the rip off companys along comes another one even worse. This company is built on lies starting with the lieing owner ceo-president-theif -ed -edward hicks jr.
vice president-lier -theif -russell kennedy.
theif-lier office manager-peggy kennedy.
theif-lier payroll-michaelean daughter.
peon.-lier operations mgr.-sandra miller.
The only honest person is the part time safety mgr d**k
We went to work for this company on January 7th and in 19 weeks we only drew two pay checks, one for $600.09 and one for $600.00. It is not like we did not run, we did run. We picked up at a company called Calahans Pork Processors in Peoria Il and delivered the next morning at Premio's Sausage in Hawthorne NJ, then picked up a load at Premio's in NJ and delivered the next morning at Dominicks in Northlake Il.Then back to Calahans.... We did this circle of runs twice weekly.
The Calahans run to Premio's paid $2400.00 flat rate less 30% to SilverLake. The Premio's run to Dominicks paid $1089.00 less 30% and plus $195.00 fSC
But when we got our settlements they had excuse after excuse and no paycheck. We were charged $80.00 a week for bobtail ins (RIP OFF) we were told we did not get the trip paks, they did not take the fuel on each trip, we were charged for fuel for that week, but were paid two to three weeks behind, they always had an excuse. When we went over the settlements we found we were double charged and get this we even were charged for a wash out from Jan 2, we did not even work for the company at that time. We never got paid for some trips and was told that we would get detention pay, we never saw that either. It was just excuse after excuse.
We left the company May 15th, we were still owed for three weeks of trips. We still have not received a check. When we called we were told a check was in the mail, that was a week ago.
Anyone thinking of working for this company, all I can say is run, run, run away as fast as you can.

I started driving for this company in Sept 08 till present. I became a owner operator with this company in oct 08. i have busted my a*s to make it work but when you go 2-3 weeks without a pay check it makes life very hard. I am in agreement with this other person with what they have said about this company
