  • I have owned Silverleaf for over 10 years. Piney Shores is the worst resort we have ever been to. Our Presidential unit was shabby. The furniture was old & stained,

    the paint was peeling on the wood in the bathrooms, and 2 burners on the stove were not working. Do not buy Silverleaf. They use the yearly fees we pay to build

     beautiful Member Services building to sell more units that they do not keep up. Sliverleaf used to be great but it has gone down hill in the last 5 years. Look some

    where else for a Time Share investment.
