For anyone who has read this entire "complaint" can easily see that it was only put up for malicious purposes.  We have never dealt with a "Nicklas G" from Flatbush and the report does not even contain anything specific that we may have done to anyone.  To this day we still do not know who could have put this report up.  It is obvious that this posting was placed by either a local competitor or some disgruntled employee who wasn't cut out for the job. 

Our business model is short sale processing in which we have been successful on numerous occassions and we can have over a dozen clients give their testimony at any time reporting their satisfaction.  Also, our business model is real estate development and we in fact do purchase properties and renovate them.  And yes we have more than one corporation which created and we use to purchase any properties as is very common practice within the business.  We do not have any dealings with the city, state, government, or borrowers (we do not give mortgages or loans) so I do not see how we can commit any fraud against them.  

It is true that we do not have a website, however, we never found actual use for one nor is one required by law.  Our marketing is done through word of mouth and we continuously generate business from referrals.  We have a sizable network with other professionals within this business and this keeps us busy enough.  

If anyone has real doubts about our business operation they can feel free to call 718-505-1000 and ask to speak with Simon or Diego to confirm that the original report was absolute nonsense and plain LIBEL.  Also, if "Nicklas G" wants to step forward and resolve any dispute he might have with us, then we are happy to do so if one actually exists.
