SIMM ASSOCIATES called my kid to collect a fake debt from College Ave. We called College Ave directly and they said that they don't have a slightest idea what SIMM was talking about and how they got our info. I proceeded to call SIMM back and insisted that they tell me why did they call my daughter. They said that they can only talk to me if she is not 21 year old. Ok, she is 20. Then they said that I have to verify 3 pieces of info in order to proceed. I asked: Let me guess, one of those would be my S.S. number?! Of course, but just last 4 digits. Lol I told them that I will sue the company for harassment and for the attempt to steal money and personal info on a fake debt collection . And I will.
