Simmons Company ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam ripoff waste of time Norcross Georgia

Warrantees on their mattresses and box springs are worthless. We have a mattress that is so bad, I want to put it on my lawn and paint lemons all over it.

Simmons says it is supposed to leave the deep crevice of our bodies in their mattresses.

Can you visualize this big hump in the middle of a queen sized mattress and the two sides sinking in and feels as tho your body is resting on the springs.

Not only that the outside edges are breaking down. We had no complaint about the box springs as our bodies haven't sunk low enough into the mattress for us to feel that part, however Simmons says they will replace our boxsprings for $55.00.

The mattress they tell me is supposed to do what I am complaining about. It makes you wonder what kind of person is running the company. Maybee if they put "Mattress that sinks with your body" and "no memory" they would be truthful in their advertising. Remember those tags they sew on the mattress "do not remove" Rip them right off because thats what they do to their customers.

They are scum bags at their best.

The man that inspected even said that the mattress was bad but the box springs seemed to be ok. Who do you trust? Even with the conforter on the deep indentations of our bodies are visable.
