Simms And Assc, Providian Financial Break of contract Newark, Delaware

When I Got My Providian Card I applied for and Paid for the Unemployment Disability coverage.

When I became disabled I called Providian as per their instructions. When I spoke with them I was told that I would to file for unemployment if I knew what was good for me. I found out that I wasn't able to file for both disability and Unemployment so I called them back. I was told that My Unemployment disability had been canceled and my account had been turned over to a collection agency. Enter Simms and Assoc.

These are the most brutal uncaring creatures on earth. After a series of attempts to talk to them I tried writing them to no effect. The harassing calls continued. When I tried to send them a certified letter it was refused. I guess they don't want a paper trail. The Final straw for me was just the other day when I got a message on my answering Machine. A Mrs. Palette Seabrook stated that she had good news for me and my claim number was such and such.

I looked and sure enough the number was for Simms.
This was a deliberate attempt to take advantage of my disabilities.

They have repeatedly refused to honor the disability clause of the contract and have caused several of my conditions to worsen dramatically.

Any business that preys on the disabled, like Simms has with me should not be allowed to conduct business. They don't care that I only have a fixed income, they don't care that I cannot work in competitive employment and they don't care if any of their practices kills me.
They have been rude nasty and abusive and this behavior has had a profoundly detrimental effect on my health.
