Simon Phillips, film producer, owner of Press on Features is a scammer. He hired me to work for a month on the pre-production of the TV show Dystopia and promised 2 more months of production. When he got all the preproduction documents he dissapeared, without paying me.

I'm gonna bring him to court for this. I have more than enought documents, emails and text messages with him to demonstrate all this time working with him.

The sad part is that I'm not the only one who suffered this kind of situation from him. There is a website where lots of people talk about chasing him for months to get paid, other people unpaid, and stuff about set safety, since an actress almost got killed with an explosion. Probably because saving some money like he does.

I asked the age of the kids to schedule them following the child labor laws and his answer back was not caring about it because they were kids of some friends... And he was asking me to make a very ambitious schedule where he is not gonna care about overtime for anyone I imagine, with no breaks for 37 days. Just to save money like he says in the email.
