simonize fix it I returned the complete box with their products to the postal service person and he wrote, Return To Sender New Berlin, Wisconsin

In DEc.2009 I was placing an order for Simonize Fix It. When I was almost done I realized I did not have much funds on my depit card, so I cancelled the order. Next thing I know on 12/30/2009 I got a box from them and they charged me $59.60 Plus another $34.00 from the bank for overdraft. So on 1/5/2010 I gave the box to the postal person and he wrote on it " Return To Sender ", a month later I look at my statement and no refund. I have argued with them and they refuse to give me a refund even though USPS says that the package was delivered on 1/22/2010 and Simonize says that according to them they have not gotten the package because it's still in Jacksonville, Fl. Not only this is a rip off but they are greedy thieves, what they say on TV is not what the accomplish. Their 30 day guarenteed is bull.
