The www.simonsagency.com took advantage of my late Father's Medical Practice by getting him to sign on to collect his accounts. They charged him an advance fee of over $4500 to take over his past due client accounts to attempt to collect them. That is when my Father's nightmare began. They began calling his clients and were very rude and nasty and used extreme intimidation tactics to attempt to collect small co-pay amounts and overages.

My Father's clients started complaining that the simonsagency.com, AKA Phil Bova & Attorney Frank Fabiano were calling them at their jobs and threatening legal actions against his clients. Because my Father's practice have over $50,000 in uncollected receivables they claimed it was necessary to collect $4500 dollars upfront in order to begin collecting the accounts.

By the 5th day of their collection attempts on my Father's clients he received over 35 complaints with people threatening to call the Attorney General for intimidation and harrassment. Needless to say my Father's practice suffered terribly and lost many patients because of the Simons Agency's strong arm tactics. They also never refunded his $4500 up front fee's.

My Father is retired now but still very bitter about the treatment he received from Phil Bova and his partner Attorney Frank Fabiano. I would never recommend doing any business with simonsagency.com. Phil Bova & Attorney Frank Fabiano of Syracuse/ Liverpool N.Y.

I recently ran into a former colleague of my Father's and she asked me if I knew of a reputable local collection agency, she asked if I ever heard of simonsagency.com A.K.A. Simons Agency and I told her what Phil Bova and Attorney Frank Fabiano did to my Father and she told me that she heard that both Phil Bova and Frank Fabiano are being investigated for fraud by the Attorney General's office. I don't know if this is true but from the complaints I see on here it must be. Take heed and avoid Simons Agency, Phil Bova and Attorney Frank Fabiano. I hope this helps.
