SimpleComfort They charged my bank account twice for a product I did not want andhad already jcancelled. Anaheim California

I ordered a trial sample of a product called Simple Comfort cbd oil. I tried it and it did not do as the company claimed so I spoke to a man form the company and told him I wasn't satisified and was not interested in any further product.  He said he would cancel any further shippment of this product.  I asked where to send the open bottle and he said ti wasn't necesarry as it was jsut a trial.  However,  they ended up charging my bank account twice for 87.19 in which I did not authorize.   I called them and they refuse to give me a afund even after I explained what happened.  They sent me another shippement and I told them I was sending it back unopened for a refund.  They told me they still wouldn't give me a refund, which is very upsetting.   This compmay is a scam company that uses faulty and deceitful business practices.   Do not trust a word they tell you  and do not give them your credit or banking information.
