We purchased the Budget Planning worksheet program for around $10. Had some issues that were not addressed by the FAQ's so sent an email to the support email listed. 30 days later and no response.

Other posts on this site have reported the same thing. I have requested a refund as per their guarantee policy, but am not holding my breath for a response.

Dear Customer, we apologize for the experience you had with our product and our support.  As of Jan 1st 2010, we have taken actions to improve the effectiveness of our support team.  We now have a dedicated support team to handle all questions in a timely manner.

We do stand buy our products and aim to please every one of our customers.  We offer expanded versions of our planner (at no additional charge) to fit the needs of even the most detail oriented budgeters.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered as a result of doing business with us.  Please contact us at admin@simpleplanning.com if your refund was not processed last year.
