Simplx - Clubdropship owes me over $3400.00 in unpaid rebates!!! Jan & Feb Rebates not paid! Provo Utah

I have been a member of clubdropship for almost 3 years. For the first few years, rebates were received every month around the 15th of the month that they were due.

The last part of 2008 the checks started coming later and later in the month. In January, I was owed over $1300.00 in rebates. When I called at the end of January to find out where my check was I was told it was lost in the mail and they would re-issue it with my February rebate check. I was owed $1700.00 for February in rebates so the check that is now to be paid is over $3100.00.

I sent repeated emails mid-February asking if it had been mailed. Finally on the 18th, I was told it was in the mail. On Feb 24th, I emailed again because I still hadn't received it and was told that they still had my check and were having problems with the merchant. They stated it would be mailed in a couple of days. On the 27th, I again emailed asking if it was to be mailed and was told that it would be mailed the first of the week.

This week they are not answering my emails. It is today 3/06/09 and I still do not have my check!

I also placed orders in January that should of earned about $400.00 in rebates but over half of them were never posted to my account. In one of the emails during the last week of February, they told me that they had "found" my missing January orders and the rebates would be posted to my account. As of today, this is has not been done either.

If anyone out there is still using them, I would caution them to be careful! If you have any suggestions for me on what steps I can now take to get the money that is owed to me, it would be greatly appreciated.
