My main problem with them is they falsely claim that the prices they will give you are competative so you will make money, they are retail prices plain and simple, thats false advetising, yea they ripped me for about 449 dollars also every price i seen on there was higher then almost every site on the internet, they also do not let you see the prices you will get till you have already given them your money, and they don't refund you your money even if you ask for the 30 day money back garantee. they are a scam and i won't budge on that statement

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.

First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. The Simplx model of dropshipping provides customers with discounts at over 1,900 different merchants/suppliers, and these discounts are off whatever price is listed on these supplier's website.

Simplx merchants/suppliers give up to 30% back off whatever price is listed on their websites, not just the retail price, as this individual has falsely stated. Yes, there are some suppliers who give lower discounts in the 1% to 5% range, but Simplx has setup partnerships with over 1,900 merchants/suppliers, and a majority of them provide discounts of over 10%.

The Simplx website does state that you can receive up to 65% off the retail price, and using the Simplx service you can absolutely do so. Many of our suppliers offer great discounts on their websites, sometimes up to 30% off retail already, then provide Simplx with another 35% as well, for a total of 65%. Simplx can confirm this promised discount amount and will firmly stand by this statement.

The customer complains that they couldn't get their money back, but they do not mention anything about the official Simplx refund policy. Clearly, this customer was beyond the refund deadline, and felt Simplx should be held accountable for this customer not canceling before the deadline. The refund policy is stated clearly in every single invoice for every single Simplx product purchased. If a customer disagrees with this policy, they are not forced to sign up. If a customer agrees to the refund policy and signs up for the product, then Simplx has the responsibility to honor this policy. The customer claims there is a 30 day refund policy, but Simplx does not offer a 30 day refund policy. The Simplx refund policy, as stated on this customers invoice, is as follows:

Purchasing client agrees to a full refund, less a $35 administrative fee, for orders canceled before 4pm MST on the seventh day upon account activation. If purchased, training sessions are non-refundable once completed. Purchaser agrees to a fifty dollar ($50) return fee for Auction PI, when applicable. Date of purchase is considered the date the account will be activated and will be considered day one of the seven day trial. All sales will be final and no refunds will be given after 4pm MST of the seventh day following account activation. Monthly fee will be charged the following day.

Simplx is not clear why this customer expected a 30 day refund policy, and the customer has yet to provide documented evidence that a 30 day refund policy was agreed to. Any Simplx customer who cancels before the refund deadline is given a refund. This is a policy Simplx guarantees.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money.
