09\13\15 I placed the order for a GB Packers 3'×5' flag. Flag was free, just pay $6.99 shipping. At the time I was living in another state; with plans of moving soon. My flag was going to travel with me with stops along the way for photo sessions to mark my journey and being a PACKERS fan. I have emailed them 6 times so far. I have asked for a refund even. Told them i moved and needed to update address. I get the SAME response every time. "One of our staff members will review your question and respond as quickly as possible in the order your email was received". Last one dated 11\03\15.
