On September 11,2015 I ordered a Pittsburgh Steelers flag. The flag was supposed to be "free", pay shipping and handling only. After a month I sent an email, and got an immediate rsponse, saying if it had been more than 4 weeks that they would look into it. Well it has now been almost 2 months, no flag, and every time I email them, it's the same response. Donna 807 W. 4th St. Fremont, Ne. 68025
