Simply Green Coffee Bean Alcost Fulfillment,10701 AbercomSt,Unit 61553Savannah Georgia 31420 Overcharged me for two shipments of product not received for 4 months, finally received one today and now told its too late for a refund even tough i could not contact them to query the charges ti my credit card until now as i had no contact no or email, tried emailling with no answer to the only address i could find and even tried with my bank to refund the costs one charge of 102.92 and another of 101.89 and now i have receive the bootle of pills with a value of contents saying 18.99 US total ripoff! Internet

I ordered a FREE sample of simply green coffee bean in october i was charged 102.92 on my credit card and when i tried to dispute this i could not contact themas i had bno contact details, free sample came without any paperwork. Then i thought oh well thats a rip off but next i found another charge of 101.89 in november! i again tried to cancel and was told account already cancelled with an automated answerphone, since then i have been trying to get a refund with no luck and as i finally received the first bottle of pills today with a contact no i managed to get hold of them to be told no mam your too late for a refund it is only for 1 month from your order! Well be nice if i could have got in touch within a month if i had any contact details? Very upset to be charged twice for a Free sample and have it arrive 4 months late! And to top it off on the customs declaration it states the value of the product as $18.99 !!!! What a massive joke! I am very uposet and wish to stop this company ripping off anyone else! I hope there is something you can do to stop them and hopefully get me a refund! i appreciate this chance to report this rip off.
