i just wanted to say thank goodness for ripoffreport.com! my wife and i are in the process of selecting a moving company for our upcoming move out of state and she received a quote from "simply moving". as stated in the other comments they were the "lowest" but something didn't sit right with me about this company so i decided to look a little deeper. i received a quote from "tom mcjilton" so it was a little scary to see the same thing under the comments on this forum from customers that were ripped off. i am so glad i did check on this company before i selected them! i contacted the bbb and already this company has 4 complaints but hadn't updated the information on the website. i feel bad for the consumers that had to deal with such an unprofessional company, but i thank them for sharing their experience so we won't make the same mistake. regardless of how this company says how things played out with their customers, they have too many complaints in such a short amount of time. i'd rather not take that chance. thanks again!

If you did place an order with us, let me know what it is so we can review what happened with your order from start to finish and if we did something wrong in the sales process I would like to know what it is so we can fix the problem. I'm sure it is not because my paperwork isn't informative enough or I didn't try hard enough to get ahold of you by email and phone.

Very unprofessional moving company based the last post.
To respond to the last post: My wife requested the quote through her name and email address, not me. Its quite clear you didn't read it thoroghly before becoming defensive in trying to prove me wrong. Thank you, but no thank you. We've already selected another company that has a good repor with their customers.
I can only have nightmares about what would have happened if I hired this company. I dodged a serious bullet!

The response I entered was that I have never given an estimate to anyone named Paul StovXXX, not just Paul. Someone changed my response to read just Paul to make it seem that I am a smaller company.
