The online photo card website, Simplytoimpress is a sham of a company with absolutely no customer service. They do not answer their phones and lamely respond to emails with customer requests. I ordered photo cards for the holidays, and forgot to uncheck a box and accidentlally ordered an abundant supply of the wrong card. I immediately saw what happened and sent an email, to which I received a response the next day that said "Sorry, we already sent your order out" Too bad for you! Tried to call several times, and they have a voice recording that says, "send us an email" Really!?? Seriously? This is how they do business. I've used other websites successfully over the years and decidedly to try this one because it came recommended online. HUGE mistake. Very disappointing.
