I ordered a free flashlight for $6.99 shipping on 9/12/2015. As of 10/26/2015 I haven't received it. This appears to be a definite ripoff. I did email to an individual, so I'll see if I get answer. My guess is I will not.

After getting a response from the seller that he did not receive order from supplier, I filed for a refund to my PayPal account and received it, so my case has been resolved. I would have to say that my original conclusion that the deal was a ripoff was wrong.
