Simpson Cleaning Systems KB3030 pressure washer problem with production no authorized dealers Decatur, Arkansas

I have a new KB3030 pressure washer bought from homedepot on line from Simpson Cleaning systems I have used the washer for about 3 hours when I notice the belt was damaged.

So I called, Simpson to ask what was up with the belt.  I was informed by Dan that they had allready forgot other washers to tighten the keeper on the pulley.

That is what is wrong with my washer, so I asked for service and what I found out was shocking. Only authorized dealers can work on the machine or you void the warranty and the warranty covers parts and laber but excludes transportation.

So I have a pressure washer that weights more then 300 pounds, that I am reasponable for transportation. There are no authorized dealers any where close to me. Can you beleive a buisness that makes a mistake in production and now it is your responability to ship. 

I finaly got them to agree to, Simpson sending me the parts and I will do the labor and not voiding my warranty.

Take my advice if you buy from Simpson Cleaning Systems you better make sure there is an authorized dealer near you or you could pay for for their mistake through shipping.

By the way homedepot told me they would take return on the part. If I take the washer to homedepot myself or I ship through UPS with me making the crate but if there is any damage in shipping I may not get credited for it.
