For many years I watched Leila on YouTube and she sould do give always and makeup tips, I also followed her on Facebook and so I felt confident that Leila would be the Makeup Artist I would hire one day to do my Makeup for my wedding in Las Vegas. 

I contacted Leila through her website and asked her what Her rates were for my wedding party and if she offered any packages or pricing discounts and she replied with her prices and I decided that my wedding party of 12 would bite the bullet and pay the cost. 

Leila required a retainer to be paid for her to be available to do our hair and makeup, I paid the retainer for all 12 of the people in my party which was a total of $680.00 retainer. 

The night before my wedding Leila emailed me, didn't even have the decency to call and told me she would not be doing my wedding Makeup and Hair, she told me she would send one of her assistant girls to do the work and if I refused to allow the assistant to do my hair and makeup that she would not refund my retainer. I felt trapped, anxious and lost because I did not know who I would find last minute to do my wedding party makeup and hair, so I agreed to have her assistants come and do our beautification services for my wedding because I didnt really have a choice. 

My wedding started at 1:00pm and her assistants were supposed to arrive at 9:00am and by 9:45am I called Leila and it kept going straight to her voice mail, after waiting another 20 minutes I called her back at 10:05am in a panic and still no answer so I left s message saying we were going to go to the hotel salon because we did not have time to wait any longer for her assistants to come. Thank god my sister and cousin did our makeup and the salon did our hair. 

I emailed and called Leila several times over the next two days following the wedding with no response, until 9 days later I got an invoice saying I owed her $1,384.00 for a services and a $150.00 late fee. I could not believe my eyes. I thought it was going to be a refund and an apology letter.

I called Leila several times to discuss the invoice and I kept getting voicemail until one day she called me and said "I don't know who this is or why you keep calling me but I do not owe you money" and then hung up on me. I then emailed her because I was in shock. 

It has been over 5 months and I still have not gotten my $680.00 refunded to me, so about a month ago I started doing some investigating and come to find out this has happened to many people and I was not the only one. 

I looked through her FaceBook business pages and Yelp and seen for myself this woman is a scam and a fraud. I used to support her when she would rant on her FaceBook about people stalking her and trying to ruin her business but after all it was people like me that was just trying to get their money back. 

Leila used to ask all of her followers and subscribers to flag any negative reviews and posts about her bad business practices and now I see it so clearly, it will catch up with her eventually and some day more and more people will catch on to her scam. She is also very abrasive and will dispute with the customers she steals from on review sites. Be cautious becaue I over looked may warning signals and my wedding day was a stressful nightmare and I was robbed of $680.00
