I purchased a server for $600, 1 year of hosting for $600, and SSL for $100. I asked Sina Loghavi to upload certain applications without which the purchased server and service would be useless. Sina Loghavi used stalling tactics over a one year period which the server and the hosting service was unable to be used.
The SSL which I paid for Sina Loghavi never bothered to give me the information for. I contacted Sina Loghavi and asked for a refund after six months of service. He neither refused nor gave me the refund. Sina Loghavi just kept stalling until the 1 year mark was reached. After 1 year I asked him for a refund which he stated he was not responsible for the use of the system he sold. Sina Loghavi is clearly not interested in the customer only that he was able to make the sale to me. Recently when we spoke through email he said he would not refund me the money nor would he send me my server.
I emailed his co-worker Jeff Brown who was just as apathetic. Only when I threatened to take Sina Loghavi to small claims court, report him to credit agencies, and report him to BBB did he contact me. Sina Loghavi told me I should send him a copy of the legal papers and that he would see me in court. This way of thinking is what you used to be called Charlatanism or conning. Sina Loghavi took advantage of me and I wish for all future potential customers to not do business with such a Huckster.

This issue has been resolved. Sina Loghavi was unable to provide services or provide proper communication as we were using the services in Iran. I was not aware that US companies are banned from conducting business with Iranian companies.

Kambiz Colocated a server with my company, paid for the server and the BandWidth (with a discounted price as I thought he's a friend), the server's IP address was given to him with a windows installation. Next thing hes contacting my Support Dept. and myself to install and perform tasks on his server which we dont have any specialty in nor the time considering the low amount he has paid us (this had been agreed upon before closing the deal).
after 4 months he emails me that I dont want the server and requested a refund, I emailed back that a refund will not be given for the service however I will send you the server and issue a refund for the SSL certificate that was never installed. After a few weeks he emails me back with threats of harming me and my family and etc. I then emailed him back that I will not discuss this case any further because of his manner and threats and we will have to proceed legally.
For future reference I advice him to get his act together and proceed in a more professional manner to avoid such issues. At this time I refuse to proceed directly with him in any sort of way and legal procedure is the only way to go about this issue.
