Sinemia.com Adjusted existing fees upward & created new ones & never sent the physical card that I paid for. Los Angeles CA

It takes a lot of baloney to get me to breakdown & write something like this.  I'd just rather not.  In a nut shell run far away & don't you look back!  I unfortunately had high hopes for this company only to be screwed at ever turn. 

They wont only adjust & create fees that they fail to disclose while flashing the low prices to join.  A Classic bait & switch operation.  You will pay extra money to try to circumvent these fees by ordering a physical card. 

This card does not actually exist although they will claim that they sent it in the mail & you'll have it "in 5-7 days."  Lies, lacking truth, & deception.  This company is basically a scam because it is nothing more than big fat cash cow that recieves no supportive attention it basically wanders around aimlessly consuming green.

  The app & website were simply started & abandoned because customers can get no reply via email or phone unless they are some kind of sweepstakes/lottery winners as far as I can tell.  Their phone number is a big mystery & can only be obtained via your bank statement as it is not published on the web site or app because there simply is no form of customer support. 

Oddly enough the a big "Premium Support" button in the app that is absolutely worthless because it only refers you to the email address which they will not respond to.  Save your hard earned money.  Buy a jail broken fire stick like everybody else & if the movie buffers... Just sit back & know that buffering is beautiful & you did not waste your time & money on Sinemia.com "Run Forest Run!"  Cliff
