Singer Association Management WARNING...WARNING...WARNING...DON'T DO IT! Dallas Texas

You be the judge!!!  Working for the CEO of this company was like working in Iraq.  It was like constantly being in a warzone with her leading the efforts.  She use to yell and berate a previous employee that I worked with, but when he left, somehow her negativity turned towards me.  She always spoke to me like I was a child, talked down to me and on Christmas Eve, in front of the other 3 employees, she told me to ZIP IT, if I knew what was best for me!  She even did the hand gestures with her fingers meeting her thumb.  For a moment I thought she was going to snap my neck.  Later that day, she called me asking if I had received my bonus---she was sweet as pie…huh??? I took all of this abuse, as others have, for the sake of having a job. But, this is the straw that broke the camel's back...Are you ready???  I called in to tell her I was gonna be 30/40 mins late (my first time).  She was okay with it, but then texted me and told me I could not make it up during lunch and later said I couldn’t use my PTO--I had to do it that day or the next day only.  I told her that wasn't happening.  

After she tried conducting an impromptu performance evaluation on me, filled with lies and more lies, she tried to keep me from leaving the building by BLOCKING me from leaving.  She literally planted herself in front of me and would not let me leave.  I even asked her if she was blocking me and she said YES, because I owed her 45 mins.  She was trying to MAKE ME STAY to make up the 45 mins.  She assaulted me by snatching my phone from my hand (I held on to it but...really!!!)  WHO DOES THAT!  What CEO acts this way?  And, she texted me twice the next morning telling me she expected me to be there at 7:15a to make up the 45 mins.  REALLY!!!!  Check the police report if you don’t believe me.  And as an FYI, I'm not a disgruntled employee spewing fiction, I actually was forced to quit due to the assault--you be the judge!!!  Would you want this CEO representing your HOA?
